Based in Los Altos, California, the Assistance League of Los Altos provides essential goods and services to all sorts of communities in the San Francisco Bay Area. From low-income new mothers and their newborn infants to underserved school children and their families, the Assistance League has been a pillar of support in the local community for over sixty years.

Campaign Summary
We started working with the Assistance League of Los Altos at the start of July, planning for an accelerated six-week campaign focused on Instagram and Facebook. We met in-person once a week, helping to film and edit videos, draft captions, create infographics adapted from their website, and link Facebook and Instagram for easier posting. Additionally, we provided them with a follower analysis, website feedback, profile refresh, and a digital brand kit for cohesivity. Their toolkit included best practices, video tutorials, and recommendations for editing software, amongst other tools. As a result of these efforts, the Assistance League of Los Altos saw substantial growth and a clear set of tools for continued success (see below).
