Resilient
Los Altos
June 2026 - August 2026
Based in Los Altos, California, RLA is dedicated to strengthening neighborhoods by providing residents with the knowledge, training, and resources needed to prepare for, respond to, and recover from emergencies such as power outages, storms, fires, and earthquakes.
Campaign Summary
We started working with Resilient Los Altos in mid-June, planning for an 8-week campaign. Through weekly virtual and monthly in-person meetings, we helped them revive their Instagram presence and launch their Facebook with a social media plan detailing a sustainable posting cadence, impact posts adapted from their newsletter, and a hashtag list to maximize engagement. Additionally, through the input of their leadership team, we redesigned their logo and brand colors, as well as redrafted their website using Wordpress Staging. The toolkit we delivered encompassed posting strategies, optimal content timing guidelines, and long-term planning resources, among other assets. These combined efforts equipped RLA with a robust framework for ongoing success (detailed below).
