The Caring Connection

Based in Windsor, Connecticut, the Caring Connection provides exceptional adult day care at very affordable prices to hundreds of frail and elderly clients in the Greater Hartford area. Caregivers, who sometimes need a break from caring for their loved ones, entrust the Caring Connection to provide a safe, caring environment for their loved ones. Clients love their specially designed facility, caring staff, fun social activities, and healthy food.

Campaign Summary
We started working with the Caring Connection at the start of November, planning for an 8-session campaign spanning roughly 3 months. Through biweekly virtual meetings, we helped them establish an Instagram presence, film and edit videos (including adaptations from their YouTube channel), create impact posts adapted from their website, and create a hashtag list to maximize engagement. Additionally, we provided them with a profile refresh, and a digital brand kit with complementary colors to their logo. The toolkit we provided encompassed posting strategies, optimal content timing guidelines, and long-term planning resources, among other assets. These combined efforts resulted in significant growth for the Caring Connection and equipped them with a robust framework for ongoing success (detailed below).
