We started working with Hands on Hartford in mid-February, focusing more on providing direct support than on big-picture strategy. Our schedule was more on the relaxed side, as we met over Zoom every other week and gave progress updates by email for the weeks we didn’t meet. We helped Brianna’s team with things like drafting captions, editing program highlight videos, refining their LinkedIn presence, and creating impact posts to showcase the work they’re doing in the community. We also turned some of their older YouTube content into ready-to-post short-form videos. Overall, we were glad to take a few things off their plate and help make their busy schedule a little more manageable.
